Open floor plans allow everyone enough space to spread out while staying under the one roof. The majority of AIPL properties have an on-site reception and staff are on call 24 hours a day to respond to all enquires, with an on-site manager to ensure the security of guests and attend to after hour enquiries.

What payment methods does AIPL accept? --- AIPL properties accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) and cash. Acceptance of cheques varies across AIPL properties so please check with the property prior to arrival. On arrival, a pre-authorisation of your credit card, for the amount of your accommodation, will be required. If paying by cash, a security bond for at least the first night will be required upon arrival. This amount may vary, so please check with the property.>>> What do I need for check-in? --- If settling by cash, you are required to provide a current driver’s licence or passport.>>> What time is check-in? --- Check-in is 2pm. If you’re arriving before this time, you need to contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
